Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer interaction. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Work Hours:

The Restaurant Manager will work 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
