About the Job:



  • Supervise a team of up to 50 caregivers providing home health care services.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records in WellSky Personal Care Software.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Bidirectional communication with caregivers, management, and clients for efficient workflow.
  • Data-driven decision making using metrics and KPIs.
  • Capacity building and training programs for staff development.

Requirements:


Education and Certification

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) graduate with potential benefits from Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.


Work Experience

Multitasking and flexibility with excellent time management skills.


Data entry expertise with high-volume workloads meeting client demands.


Experience working as an LPN or RN.


Skills and Qualifications

Gerontology, social work, and strong assessment skills.


Certifications and Training

Home health care assessments knowledge and practice.


Security Clearance

Background checkable; licensed driver required; vulnerable sector screening necessary; professional references essential.


Transportation Requirements

Personal vehicle ownership and reliable transportation.


Work Environment and Physical Abilities

A mix of sitting, standing, and walking is expected.


Work Location

Located in Greater Saint John.
