Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at S & S GORAYA LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring the efficient use of resources and equipment.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are met.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working with a team of 5-10 people, with the potential to supervise up to 15 people. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
