Concrete Finisher

Esparza's Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure a precise finish.
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, such as trowels and floaters.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
- Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
