Job Title: Service Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Consultant to join our team at Olade Consulting. As a Service Management Consultant, you will be responsible for advising project teams, assigning projects, and coordinating projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise project teams on service management best practices
  • Assign projects to team members based on their skills and expertise
  • Coordinate projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services
  • Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business
  • Provide expertise in response to clients' needs
  • Review projects and programs to ensure they are aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and direct research to inform business decisions
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of establishments
  • Leading/instructing groups to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects and programs
  • Prepare research papers for publication and presentation
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Develop marketing and communication plans to promote business services
  • Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in service management or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
