Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our retail and wholesale operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meats and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution
  • Train and mentor junior meat cutters to enhance their skills
  • Develop and maintain visually appealing displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies
  • Manage package handling operations to meet efficiency and quality standards
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
