About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Train and mentor junior meat cutters to ensure high-quality products
  • Prepare visually appealing displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
  • Manage the operations of package handling and ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
