Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Preet Ravi Petroleum LTD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance staff productivity.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assign tasks, and evaluate their performance.
- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to determine the products and services to offer.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies, including discounts and promotions.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Source and purchase merchandise, including negotiating with suppliers.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine the number of staff needed.
- Resolve Issues that May Arise: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may impact store operations.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Attract, select, and train staff, including conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, including processing payments and benefits.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in retail management, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple tasks and priorities.
