We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Specialist to join our team at London Drugs. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with quotes and complete transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and provide recommendations for coverage.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our insurance business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance license.
- Excellent selling skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
