We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Insurance Advisor to join our Community Branch Network Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, helping them navigate their auto insurance needs.
The Opportunity
Our Maple Ridge branch is a long-time member of the community, serving the area since 1989. We are proud to offer a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, and travel insurance. As an Insurance Advisor, you will work closely with our team to provide personalized service to our customers, helping them find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
The Responsibilities
- Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
- Assist in the office as needed, helping customers at the counter, answering telephones, and performing other tasks.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
- Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
- Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
- Control ICBC inventory and handle all documentation and funds correctly.
- Continuously develop your skills and abilities to enhance your performance.
- Represent Hub International Insurance Brokers with integrity and accountability.
The Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License.
- Strong communication and written skills, with a customer service mindset.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations.
- Industry designation or working towards one.
- Previous road experience and ICBC batching.
