Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at 019987 Hub International Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
  • Assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
  • Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
  • Manage ICBC inventory and handle documentation and funds correctly.
  • Continuously develop your skills and abilities to enhance your performance.
  • Represent HUB International and uphold our values, mission, and vision.
Requirements:
  • Level 1 General Insurance License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for dealership travel.
  • Industry designation or working towards one.
  • Previous road experience and ICBC batching.
