Data Insights Analyst

About the Role:
J.V. Installations Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing data handling for automotive insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Development: Develop, test, and maintain new and existing databases to ensure seamless data management.
- SQL Query Execution: Process complex SQL queries and reports accurately and promptly to provide actionable insights.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform advanced analyses to understand key marketing metrics trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Work Prioritization: Prioritize work to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Data Expertise: Act as a data 'go to' person or subject matter expert for the department, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Policy Development: Participate in policy development to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance, maintaining the highest standards of data governance.
- Team Representation: Represent the data department professionally to other teams, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
- Role Modeling: Serve as a role model within the Data Department, demonstrating expertise and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and excel in changing environments, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
- Self-Management: Exhibit strong self-management and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of data and reports.
- Teamwork and Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and a team-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to collaboration and driving business outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Possess proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word, with advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL) and experience with QlikView and data storytelling.
- Experience: Bring at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, including SQL development, and relevant experience in business intelligence, research, data analytics, or data science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education: Possess a post-secondary education, with a strong foundation in data analysis and business intelligence.
