Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and document current business processes.
  • Engage with team members to recommend improvements for customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with team members to deliver on project plans.
  • Collaborate with technical and data teams for testing and ensuring business expectations are met.
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks.
  • Define key performance indicators for success tracking.
  • Identify value sources to develop detailed business cases.

Requirements:
