Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bartholomew Bakery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our coffee shop and bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demands.
  • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
