Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TOPHILL TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
