Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at The North West Company. As a key member of our replenishment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal and external partners, monitoring flyer activity and advising replenishment and demand planning teams of order status and required timing.
  • Provide forecasts to demand planners against key activities, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Monitor warehouse movement of products, flagging and raising items of concern to the replenishment team and category specialist for review.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor lead time of data requirements for order fulfillment, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Ensure escalation of issues/questions to supervisor in a timely manner, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Export data from our systems and distribute information to appropriate parties, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Manage change requests between replenishment analysts and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily inventory reports, fill rate reporting, and GT AR (Auto replenishment) reporting.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience with RETEK and AS systems an asset.
  • High degree of organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with various stakeholders, displaying enterprising attitude and customer service skills.
