Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patrol Maintenance Technician to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment operation and repair, to ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance fleet.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our roadways and infrastructure to identify potential issues and develop maintenance plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that meet our operational needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, including training and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment usage and maintenance hours.
  • Communicate effectively with our team, stakeholders, and the public to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in construction, road maintenance, commercial/industry repair, maintenance or landscaping (outdoor work) (Preferred)
  • This position requires you to maintain a Valid Ontario Class "DZ" Driver's License and MTO Operator's Permit, and acceptable driving record.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, and occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be more than moderate at times.
