About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Terrazzo and Marble Setting Craftsman, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, recruiting and hiring staff, training or arranging for training, setting up machines and equipment, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate work activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Recruit and hire skilled workers to meet project demands
  • Train and develop skills of employees to improve productivity and quality
  • Ensure all work areas are safe and comply with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and employee performance

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in terrazzo and marble setting
  • Degree of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with blueprints and drawings
