About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Manager at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing the success of our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to handle customer interactions and provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor the performance of team members to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
  • Provide input for scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and make recommendations to management for changes as needed.
  • Assist with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, making recommendations for changes in operations and assisting in their execution.
  • Manage projects, including reimbursement programs, compliance and education-based programs, and clinical patient support programs.
  • Implement assigned call center projects.
  • Design and develop new projects, including the development of protocols, resource allocation, and database management.
  • Evaluate project strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement on an ongoing basis.
  • Produce project-related reporting.
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis.
  • Identify and implement staff recruiting strategies and participate in the hiring process.
  • Report adverse events to assigned units or departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum university degree in business administration, science, or equivalent experience.
  • Science or healthcare background an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Strong client management experience an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project or program management.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in reimbursement considered an asset.
  • RN/RPN designation an asset and may be required by specific programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.
