About the Role

At HEMKUND DEVELOPMENTS LTD., we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Associate to join our team. This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, adhering to company standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including statistical and accounting data, to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare tax returns in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Availability for 30 hours per week.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
