Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Coordinator to join our Pro Sales team at RONA Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in customer service and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and manage national client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Prepare and organize client agreement documents, presentations, and letters in support of the National Account Manager.
  • Manage and update files and data related to national agreements, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and plan participation in conventions and events across Canada, aligning with national client needs and corporate objectives.
  • Manage marketing requests associated with national customers, working closely with internal teams.
  • Assist National Account Managers in preparing documents for large renovation and purchasing projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with national account managers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating major accounts, supporting account managers, and providing customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational and methodological skills, with the ability to manage stress and juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful, with a professional attitude and strong communication skills.
