Truck Centre Customer Service Specialist

First Truck Centre, a leading provider of sales, vehicle maintenance, parts, collision, and financing services, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Duncan, BC. Our ideal candidate will excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences, prioritizing tasks effectively, and communicating clearly with customers.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive base wage of approximately $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs efficiently
- Create accurate estimates and invoices to meet customer needs
- Sell recommended repairs and services to customers, focusing on value and trust
- Foster strong relationships with customers through regular updates and explanations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and scheduling tools
- Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
- A self-starter mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
- A minimum of a High School Diploma
