Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and dishroom.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role an asset.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
