Job Description

The welcoming Les Jardins du Couvent residence, located in Marieville, is seeking a Night Beneficiary Attendant to join our team. As a 30-minute drive from Montreal via Highway 10 E and 35 minutes from Granby via Highway 10 O, this opportunity allows you to experience the best of both worlds.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to industry standards and legislation as per private seniors' home certification and code of ethics.
  • Respond to call bells in a timely manner.
  • Assist and/or accompany residents with mobility needs.
  • Deliver messages to nursing staff as required.
  • In collaboration with teams, provide health and hygienic care while maintaining resident dignity and integrity.
  • Promote proactive care among residents.
  • Respond to emergency situations effectively.
  • Report any noticeable changes in resident mental or physical health to on-call nurses.


Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Symo software (an asset).
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates.
  • PDSB and APRPA training.
  • Mandatory skill 6.
