Job Overview

This is a temporary full-time position at our Les Jardins du Couvent residence in Marieville, Quebec. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing top-notch customer service to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the residence, including common areas and resident rooms
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Assist with laundry and linens
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in a residential care setting an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
