Job Title: Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master Leader

Astra North Infoteck Inc. seeks a highly skilled and experienced Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with maximum efficiency. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach the team, communicate with stakeholders, and promote continuous improvement.

About the Role:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial resources are used efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • C Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by promoting Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Skill Requirements:

  • SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Agile and Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and team issues.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
