Job Summary

The Landscape Artist Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to lead our outdoor construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work to ensure high-quality results
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel frequently.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
