Job Title: Landscaping Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Labourer to join our team at Condor Landscaping & Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including landscape constructions, plant care, and maintenance of outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants
  • Tie and secure plants, ensuring they are properly secured and stable
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns to a high standard
  • Rake and collect refuse, ensuring outdoor spaces are clean and tidy
  • Remove litter and garbage, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Lay sod or seed, ensuring a lush and vibrant lawn
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces
  • Write daily basic progress reports, keeping management informed of tasks completed
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills
  • Physical demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail: Ability to focus on tasks and maintain a high level of quality
  • Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management
Working Conditions:
