We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Program Supervisor to join our team at the Prince Albert Child Care Co-operative Association.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Program Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role will also involve supervising staff, training, and volunteers, as well as assisting early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers.
  • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
