Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Wisdom Learning Centre Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood programs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of early childhood educators and support staff
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-12
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality program
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in early childhood education
  • Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
