Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Wisdom Learning Centre Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of early childhood educators and support staff.
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the centre meets regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of quality care.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in an early childhood setting.
  • Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
