Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at The Royale Development LP. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a nursing home setting.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Nursing Aide Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
