Food Service Team Lead

At Dominos Kitimat, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and preparing budget and cost estimates.
Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Hire food service staff and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including reports on sales, stock, and customer feedback.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role. The supervisor will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
