Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany students during school and extracurricular activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist in the school library or office with administrative tasks.
  • Help students individually or in small groups with assignments and reinforce learning concepts under the supervision of classroom teachers.
  • Supervise students during school hours, recess, and lunch to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Monitor and report student progress to classroom teachers to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Assist teachers in operating audio-visual equipment and maintaining classroom inventory.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field (College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma).
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience in an educational setting.
  • Criminal record check required.
