Marketing Lead, BC Region

As a key member of the Dilawri Group of Companies, the Marketing Lead, BC Region, plays a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives that support customer retention and lead generation for designated brands/dealerships. Reporting directly to the Director, Retail Marketing, this role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective yearly marketing plans, monthly tactical campaigns, and experiential initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Management: Manage and develop the BC marketing team in cooperation with National Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  2. Brand Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for designated dealerships/brands, fostering strong relationships and staying informed about Dilawri- and OEM-mandated brand guidelines.
  3. Marketing Planning: Develop and execute yearly marketing plans for each dealership, aligning with company objectives and brand strategies.
  4. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital agency to manage digital advertising, online business profiles, and SEO programs, ensuring optimal online presence.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Manage monthly advertising-performance reviews, analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
  6. Experiential Initiatives: Collaborate with the Marketing & Experiential Lead to manage experiential initiatives for dealerships, creating engaging experiences for customers.
  7. Dealership Audits: Perform monthly dealership audits, evaluating in-store experience and website effectiveness.
  8. Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication with National Marketing, ensuring seamless information exchange and coordination.
  9. Company Policies: Adhere to established company policies and procedures, participating in meetings and training as required.
Requirements
  1. Education: Post-secondary education in Marketing, PR, or related subject(s), with a focus on developing strategic marketing skills.
  2. Skills: Proven understanding of marketing best-practices, experience writing copy for various purposes, and expertise in creating and publishing content for targeted audiences.
  3. Experience: Five (3) years of marketing, PR, or related experience, with a strong background in automotive/dealership retail experience.
