About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SV 3 Telecom Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Staff

Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.

Assign Sales Workers to Duties

Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the store and maximize sales potential.

Order Merchandise and Manage Inventory

Source and purchase merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient stock management.

Authorize Return of Merchandise and Resolve Customer Issues

Handle customer complaints and returns, providing a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes and Merchandising

Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth and improve merchandising strategies.

Requirements
  • 5-10 Years of Retail Experience

Proven track record of success in a retail leadership role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.

Basic Security Clearance

Ability to maintain a high level of security clearance, ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.

Flexibility and Adaptability

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
