Job Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our store, making important decisions that directly impact business results and developing and empowering your team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, customer service, and team member engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team member performance to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
