We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at JKCE PROBUILD CONTRACTING CORP. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership position that requires a high level of expertise, integrity, and professionalism.

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and optimized.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
