Job Description

This pivotal role focuses on developing cutting-edge firmware code, providing comprehensive technical documentation, and conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions. You'll manage firmware build tools, builds, and releases, as well as recreate and fix problems reported by the test team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop clean, maintainable UEFI firmware code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver firmware solutions.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure firmware quality.
  • Maintain firmware build tools, builds, and release firmware to test.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience with C language.
  • Prior experience with Windows OS.
  • Knowledge of Software development processes and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with UEFI-related technology areas like Boot Loaders, PCIe, Secure Boot, and System Performance.
  • Experience working with Linux/UNIX operating systems.
