We find beauty in our communities, differences, experiences, and in the spirit of our employees. As a Digital Director, E-commerce and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets for Sephora's $850+ site and apps.

  • Manage the e-commerce P&L ensuring targets are met and exceeded through strategic planning and execution.

You will partner with Tech to drive local third-party vendor strategies and oversee Canada Site, Apps, Omni Convenience initiatives & Partnerships. Additionally, you will set the direction, annual strategy, and key priorities for DotCA business, including growth opportunities and areas of strategic local focus, with related investment and resource needs to support.

You will work closely and align with key US functional groups to ensure Canada is leveraging US assets/strategies/processes, including online merchandising, marketing/promo, CRM, creative, and production teams. You will also partner with a broad network of cross-functional partners, in US and Canada, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning and Operations in DotCA.

The successful candidate will have deep leadership experience in merchandising, marketing, strategy, and/or general management. They will be skilled at building relationships and navigating a broad network of stakeholders across many functions. Ability to operate in a matrix environment and effectively manage multiple stakeholders is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
