Dishwasher Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Fiamo Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all dishroom equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Store clean dishes and utensils in a designated area.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
- Scour pots and pans to ensure they are free of food residue.
