About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at The Mint Restaurant Corp.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware in a commercial dishwasher
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and other items by hand as needed
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs in the dining area
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances
  • Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and responsible manner
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
