Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Rupal Beauty Zone. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty salon, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon, including the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and available for customers.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts, including the development of promotional materials and social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
