About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Rupal Beauty Zone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beauty salon and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our beauty therapists and sales team
  • Ensure that all beauty treatments and services are delivered to the highest standard
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
  • Train and develop the skills of our beauty therapists and sales team
  • Monitor and maintain sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales
  • Coordinate and manage events and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a beauty salon or spa
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
