We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and development within established Key Account clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against Key Account plan to generate demand within under-tapped accounts (average portfolio size 10-15 accounts) and convert dormant contacts to ManpowerGroup brand advocates.
  • Secure new and increased business with key account clients, focusing on SOW or new sites to maximize revenue opportunity and deliver significant year-over-year growth.
  • Take ownership to increase depth and breadth of contact base, with focus on establishing and leveraging C-suite relationships.
  • Address account escalations with focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution/service.
  • Nice to Have: Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization.
