We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team at Thai United Food Trading Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Determine the method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods, and maintain internal record-keeping systems.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
  • Customer Service: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding tasks.
