Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team at Thai United Food Trading Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate shipping and receiving of goods in our warehouse. This includes determining the method of shipment, scheduling distribution, and preparing shipping documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping and Receiving: Determine method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Inventory Management: Assemble containers and crates, inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and maintain internal record-keeping systems.
  • Warehouse Operations: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
  • Customer Service: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
  • Language: English.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to handle heavy loads.
