Job Overview

Momentum Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product portfolio in North America. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple segments, including Installment Lending and Cheque Cashing, and providing thought leadership for business line strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps to drive business growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to guide current product features and develop new features.
  • Build and execute strategic plans to drive commercial business growth.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and stay abreast of new initiatives within the market.
  • Manage regulatory compliance and ensure alignment with company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a graduate degree highly desirable.
  • 5-7 years of consumer product experience, with a subject matter expert in the Canadian financial services space.
  • Demonstrated experience in product development and knowledge of product management strategies.
  • Omnichannel distribution experience, with both retail and digital delivery.
