Sales Associate Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in COBS Bread Kingston. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Merchandise products, maintaining visually appealing store displays, and ensuring stock levels are optimized.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, promoting products through effective communication and upselling techniques.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in a bakery or food industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with flexibility to cover shifts as required.
