Workday Configuration Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Consultant to join our Global HR Employee Experience Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that simplify complex processes and improve the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver cyclical activities, such as performance cycles, annual compensation cycles, and goal setting.
- Serve as a solution subject matter expert, supporting the discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and post-implementation of HR system enhancements.
- Act as technical support to create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in our various HR tools, including Workday, Salesforce, and PowerBi.
- Be responsible for configuration, testing, and implementation of system upgrades, ensuring compliance with our process and procedures.
- Create and maintain detailed configuration and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Balance multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while managing expectations and impact on end users.
- Assist with impact assessments, regression testing, and communication plans.
- Stay current with the latest advancements and opportunities within our suite of HR technology, including Workday, Cornerstone, and Salesforce.
- Experience with Workday required.
- 3+ years of HRIS configuration and custom reporting/calculated field experience required (Workday experience preferred).
- Functional experience working across the HR discipline supporting HR programs and cyclical events across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Time and Absence.
- Experience with large global organizations and ability to implement solutions under tight timelines and prioritize work effectively to deliver successfully.
